A Wonder Of your Holidays
Nice place to enjoy your holiday. This is what my friend said about this place. So decided to visit this place with my family. We enjoyed here day and night with many different adventures from walking in the forest and watching the different species of butterflies, birds, animals and plants. Sometime when in between the trees the sound use to come was so horrifying that we all use to come together and stand watching from where the sound is coming. We are traveling in the jungle and suddenly it starts raining. But this rain is not like normal rain; we have enjoyed taking bath in this rain. Rain bath is such a fantastic even though we were feeling cold it was enjoyable. In between we use to get hot rain and it was the amazing feeling we had while taking the rain bath in this jungle. It seem that having the bath in the rain in this jungle is healthy as it comes on your body through the medicinal trees in the jungle. Not to forget the tasty food we had here during our stay. Not to forget the few days we had spend here and enjoyed our holidays with the people from other part of the world

HOW TO STAY YOUNG:
Everyone in this world want to stay young and healthy. But to have it one has to keep in mind and follow certain thing. There is no hard and fast rule that one should follow it as mentioned below. As we know prevention is better than cure. One have to follows do and don't that comes in their life, mostly the habbits which may be harmful to ones health.

POLLUTION:- Keep away from pollution they can cause great harm to the skin by giving rise to dermatitis and pimples, white heads and black heads, beside causing rashes, boils and skin irritation. Therefore as far as possible, safeguard yourself from pollutants by covering your face and nose while travelling or passing through highly polluted ares.

SUN RAYS:- Too much exposure to the harsh rays of the sun can give rise to skin cancer. Do not venture out when the sun is at its highest. Always use a sunscreen when going out and cover your face with a scarf or an umbrella. Without fail when you are on bike ride, sunscreen must be used and helmet which protect your head and the face is a must to carry with. In many cases sunrays give rise to sunburns and tanning, these are very embarrassing skin blemishes. It is face where out beauty stand for attraction, keep it safe.

TOO MUCH CAFFEINE: Drinking too much coffee in a day may cause dehydration of the skin, beside it interferes with your sleep, giving rise to insomnia.Insomnia can cause or give rise to crows feet, wrinkles, dark circles under the eyes, puffy eyes and dull skin.

SMOKING:- Smoking which worlwide rated as bad for health and one must be away from it. Smoking can prove very devastating to the skin. In the recent study on the AIDs there is a breakthrough on Vaccine.
The vulnerability on HIV's surface could block the virus from infecting human cells and can help lead to a better vaccine against the incurable disease.
Scientist reveled the structure of a protein of on the surface of HIV while the protein is bound to an infection-fighting antibody. They said this protein, called gp120, seems susceptible to attack by this antibody, which is called b12 and is capable of broadly neutralising the virus.
According to expert a vaccine is the only hope of stopping the pandemic of AIDs.
